As reported in in Claims Administrator Status Report No 10 (as of 9/14/20):
• 198 969 Documents (20 955 gigabytes of registration and claims data) stored on Settlement Class Members • 38 079 Notices issued of various kinds (Registration claims appeals Audit etc ) to 20 982 different persons since 3/23/17 • Over 100 different types of Notices and Forms developed for use in the Program Progress on on Monetary Award Claims The quarterly Status Reports we file with the the Court summarize the the implementation of our our duties Here are some highlights on on on Monetary Award claims based on on on our our latest Status Report:
1 1 Less than 1% of claims were in in our review process after an an initial Claim Package submission or a a response to a a notice requesting additional information and/or documents 2
38% of of claims received a a a a Notice of of Monetary Award 3 98% of claims eligible for Monetary Awards had been funded by the NFL Parties 4 95% of claims eligible for Monetary Awards had been paid 5 We concluded Audit investigations of 997 Settlement Class Members by by denying a a a a a a claim through Audit by making no adverse finding and removing a a a claim from Audit or because the Settlement Class Member withdrew his or her claim during our Audit We push hard each day on claims to move them through the the process quickly and correctly 4 INSIGHTS Lawyers Edition
