The The Arizona State University (ASU) Police Police Headquarters project included the the the new construction of a a a a a a a a a a a a a a 40 000-square-foot police department located in in in in in Tempe AZ The The The facility houses the the the the the main headquarters for the the the the the ASU ASU Police Police Department and and serves to protect the the the the public areas of of the the the the university’s campus The The The building was constructed on on on on on on a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a spread footings and and and concrete concrete slab foundation with a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a tilt-up structural frame The The exterior finish consists of of of exposed concrete concrete and and and steel trusses and and and and decking comprises the the the roof This project project achieved LEED Gold Certification from the the the U U S S Green Building Council upon its completion Due to to CORE’s extensive project project project planning and and and coordination with Arizona State University and and and the the the the City of of o Tempe site construction for the the project project occurred during off-peak traffic traffic hours eliminating any additional delays to to rush hour traffic 29
