CAMPOS PAROLE AND PROBATION OFFICE BUILDING AND PARKING GARAGE
The Campos Parole and Probation Office Building and Parking Garage project, built for the Nevada State Public Works Division, included the demolition of old structures and new construction of a five-story, 188,061-square-foot municipal office building and parking garage located in Las Vegas, NV. The facility houses the Division of Parole and Probation of the Nevada Department of Public Safety for monitoring, supervising, and re-integrating offenders. The office building and parking garage were constructed of a concrete structural frame, poured terrazzo floors, recycled glass aggregate, and floor plates for maximizing daylight penetration in public and secured areas. The project also features three levels of offices, a walk up entrance and an open lobby, roof garden and terrace, and secured entrances to interior office spaces. The project’s sustainability and green construction features ensured compliance with the LEED Silver guidelines of the U.S. Green Building Council. Due to CORE’s environmentally friendly construction practices, the Campos Parole and Probation Office Building and Parking Garage project now provides a warm exterior, which imparts greater public trust and safety.
