TUSCAN GARDENS OF DELRAY BEACH
The Tuscan Gardens of Delray Beach project included the new construction of a 133,554-square-foot assisted living community in Delray Beach, FL. The complex supports a three-story, 16-unit independent living facility, a two-story, 64-unit assisted living facility, and 50-unity memory care building. The project also features an amenity facility and a seven-and-a-half-acre site supporting lounge areas and walking paths. The assisted living community was constructed on a conventional spread footings foundation, a CMU and hollow-core structural frame with a stucco and stone exterior, and a wood truss, tile, and TPO roof.
