We partner not only with clients, but with the community surrounding their project. PROCEDEO commits to managing a local workforce to support the businesses in the areas we serve. We strive to help our clients meet their HUB, DBE, and MWBE goals, but we also set our own aggressive goals and mentor underrepresented firms so that they can earn certification and get the support they need to thrive long-term.
