This approach allows us to assist with and acquisition, cost analysis, budget control, schedule control, on-site inspections and observations, procurement, closeout, and facility maintenance training.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Our team of experts is integrated in all aspects of the construction process from master planning and procurement to warranty and post-occupancy. We pay close attention to the details throughout the program’s lifecycle to ensure all projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Our program management services include constructibility reviews, design and construction procurement, scheduling adherence, cost estimating, value engineering and construction oversight.
