ILLIANA CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL
The Illiana Christian High School project, built for Illiana Christian High School, included the new construction of a 103,935-square-foot high school campus located in St. John, IN. The facility houses 13,700 square feet of classroom space, a 15,200-square-foot gymnasium, and a 6,700-square-foot music auditorium. The construction consisted of a concrete foundation with a structural steel and precast concrete frame, a precast concrete and brick exterior, and a TPO roof. The project features tennis courts, baseball fields, softball fields, a soccer field, and a running track. Due to CORE’s construction management services during preconstruction, the Illiana Christian High School project now provides a modernized campus for students, faculty, and staff.
