GERMANTOWN HILLS MIDDLE SCHOOL
The Germantown Hills Middle School project, built for the Germantown Hills School District No. 69, included the new construction of a 39,000-square- foot building addition in Germantown, IL. The facility houses classrooms and collaborative learning spaces. The building addition was constructed on a concrete foundation with a steel and masonry wall structural frame, brick exterior, and a membrane and metal panel roof. The project also featured the renovation of existing classrooms, a new front entryway, and a geothermal heating and cooling system. Due to CORE’s safe and efficient construction processes, the Germantown Hills Middle School project was completed ahead of schedule while the school remained fully operational.
