12 INCOME TAX EXPENSE
The company attained the registered charity status under the Charities Act, Chapter 37, on April 23, 2018. No provision for tax has been made in the nancial statements as the company is exempted from income tax.
13 COMPARATIVE FIGURES
The nancial statements cover the nancial period since incorporation on December 7, 2017 to March 31, 2019. This being the rst set of nancial statements, there are no comparative gures.
