Spanish Omelette
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
Any veg
150g Milk
50g of grated cheese 15g Sunflower oil
Method:
1. Put oil on the pan,
2. Chopupyourvegandoutinapanat6,
3. Crack 4 Eggs, add milk and whisk,
4. Add cheese,
5. Add eggs in with veg and leave if 5-10 minutes
6. Put in oven till golden crisp,
7. Enjoy.
