Sir Patrick Geddes was not just interested in science and humanities, he made serious contributions to both.
veryone aspires to become at least a ‘Specialist’ in the modern era. A step further, a versatile person may be ‘master of one and jack of all’. However, there are some who turn the saying on its head and come to be known as ‘master of many’, that is, a truly successful ‘Generalist’. Polymath Sir Patrick Geddes is one such Generalist.
