Non-implementation of recommendations of 7th Pay Commission: Instructions for the implementation of recommendations of 7th Pay Commission extending its benefits to the employees of autonomous bodies has already been issued vide Ministry of Finance, Deptt. of Expenditure O.M. No. 1/1/2016-E-III(A) dated 13.01.2107 but the benefits of the 7th Pay Commission has been partially implemented by the Ministry in respect of the employees of Vigyan Prasar vide AI-Cell, DST No. AI/33/VP/2017 dated 18.01.2019 leaving the 15 individuals bereft of the advantages of the 7th CPC:
