Too much stress releases the hormone known as cortisol, which impairs human response to immediate surroundings and makes their body susceptible to infections; they are left feeling constantly anxious. The best way to relieve stress is through meditation, it is a tried and tested activity to calm the nerves. The stress can be released through the proper utilization of time.
Pursuing an indoor hobby, games or reading books, etc., could be the best ways to keep yourself engaged.
