Dear members friends and readers,
Well, this report finds us at the Gold Coast Show.
This is such a challenging venue to layout and the delegates have work very hard; and the end result looks amazing.
A show right on the Broadwater, picturesque.
By all accounts, the Ekka was very successful in a reduced area, so it made it a good show for all involved.
We had two new rides The Joker and the Warrior, which was wonderful to see the input into our industry build strength and confidence and that’s a wonderful thing.
We had numerous meetings throughout the Show with QLD Chamber QCAS.
We would like to congratulate new President David Wilson on his appointment and various show societies all went well.
Many are starting to head south now out of the warmer weather into the cold and we look forward to the upcoming shows.
We are getting involved in the world celebration of World Funfair month of September, with photos and messages to the Future for Fairgrounds page on Facebook.
