If so you can apply for free health and safety assessment and advice by one of our experienced OHSE advisors.
How will this help me?
By choosing to participate in this program you are already on the right track to manage safety in your business. VACC’s OHSE Advisor will go through your business needs and provide you with practical advice on how to comply with your obligations. We will also supply you with a safety report to help you move forward with safety in your business and provide a follow up visit to gauge how you are tracking with our recommended improvements.

The VACC’s OHSE Unit have qualified OHSE professionals who have vast experience in the automotive industry. Furthermore, the OHSE Unit has completed over 13 years of OHS assessments and audits at member workplaces throughout Victoria. This has produced a wealth of knowledge and experience in the typical hazards found in an automotive workplace, as well as an understanding of practical solutions that are available to manage these hazards.
What does it cost?
This service is completely free of charge.
How do I apply?
There are three simple ways to register your interest for this service:
1. Notify your local area manager.
2. Contact the VACC OHSE Unit directly on 9829 1125 and speak to one of our OHSE Advisors or complete this form and fax it back to 9820 3401.
Please note: This audit is funded by Worksafe Victoria, confidentiality cannot be guarranteed and the VACC OHSE Advisor is required to contact Worksafe if they see something of immediate risk to the health and safety of your workers.
If this is a concern the business may prefer the fully confidential paid audit option.
