How does the Auto Workplace Portal work?
The Auto Workplace Portal delivers the product to you and allows you to conveniently manage your products in the one location and ensure an up to date master version is accessible.
Can I choose more than one product?
Yes, you can purchase as many products as you need.
Are products customisable?
Yes, most products are in Microsoft Word and are unlocked for you to add your logo and customise the contents to suit your workplace needs.
Do I need to have a subscription?
If you wish to have continued online access to your purchase and be updated with the latest version, then yes we recommend a yearly subscription.
Is my first year subscription free?
Your first product purchased will include a complimentary 1 year subscription. You may choose to continue your subscription and online access to your purchased product for a yearly fee.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Once the payment is made, the access to the Auto Workplace Portal will be sent to you within 2 business days.
How do I download my purchase?
The product will be available for download from the Auto Workplace Assist Portal that you will have a log in and password for online.
Do you post hard copies?
No, document and templates are only provided in electronic form ready for you to download and customise.
What happens after the initial portal subscription ends?
After your portal subscription expires, you can no longer download your purchased product in the portal, or have access to any document updates/revisions. Your offline downloaded copy will remain yours to use but may not be current in future.
Am I able to get a quote for customised work?
Tailored workplace services come at an additional price, and includes services such as customised documents, workplace audits, implementation coaching and training on the products.
