The 2020 AGM Members papers will be accessible online this year via the Victorian Showmen’s Guild official website.
We are excited to announce that the website will be launched in the coming month.

Hardcopies of the 2020 AGM papers will not be sent via post. AGM Papers will only be available online or electronically.

Election
Due to the impacts of the Coronavirus the Australian Electoral Commission has determined that all industrial elections will be ceased until further notice.
Updates on the Victorian Showmen’s Guild 2020 Election Timetable will be posted in the Outdoor Showman magazine and on the Victorian Showmen’s Guild FaceBook Page: www.facebook.com/VictorianShowmensGuild
Annual Guild Member’s Fees
2021 Guild Fees can be paid from 1 July 2020
All Guild Members are required to renew their Guild Membership fee of $330.00 no later than 31 January 2021.
Please contact the office immediately if you have concerns over Guild Member Fees.

Advertising and Copy Deadlines
Due to the current Stage 4 government restrictions in Melbourne the VSG has been unable to collect mail sent to the PO Box or Flemington office.
Due to the requirement for work permits and 5km travel restrictions, mail sent to the VSG
may not be collected until late September.

The Outdoor Showman Subscribers
Subscription fees for the Outdoor Showman magazine are due annually on the 31 January.
Subscription fees are $99.00 for Australian Subscribers and $135.00 for Overseas Subscribers.
Subscribers receive four (4) issues per annum, circulated in the months of March, June, September and December.
To avoid and delays in receiving future editions of the magazine, please ensure your subscription is renewed prior to the due date annually.
Renewal Notices
A renewal notice for Victorian Showmen’s Guild Annual Guild Member Fees and Subscription to the Outdoor Showman magazine will be circulated in the September – December edition of the magazine.
Change of Address
It is important that both Members and Subscribers to the Outdoor Showman magazine notify the office of any change of address.
Should you wish to change your address please refer to the mailing label at the front of the magazine.
