Notice to Victorian Showmen’s Guild Members PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
Dear Members,
I hope this notice finds you
well. As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the safety and compliance of all activities associated with the Victorian Showmen’s Guild, we kindly request your cooperation in submitting copies of your current public liability insurance certificates.
These certificates are crucial for verifying that all members are adequately covered
for public liability during
Agricultural Show and events. By ensuring that all insurance documentation is up to date and meets the required standards, we collectively contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and participants alike.
Please submit scanned copies of your public liability insurance certificates to the Victorian Showmen’s Guild’s office no later than 1 August 2024.
