Election of Office Bearers
The proposed timetable for the Election of Office bearers for the Committee of Management ‘The Executive’ 2023 is as follows:
Nominations Open – 3 July 2023
NominationsClose– 28September2023at12pm(AEST)
Ballot Opens – 18 October 2023
Ballot Closes – 15 November 2023 at 10am (AEST)
Nomination forms will be sent to all financial members by the Australian Electoral Commission.
Nominate forms will also be available from the VSG and SGA offices therefore, if it is your intention to nominate to the Committee of Management, nominations will close on 28 September 2023 at 12.00pm (AEST)
It is now time to consider your nominations to the Committee.

It is important that both Guild Members
and subscribers to The Outdoor Showman magazine notify the VSG Office as soon as possible of a change of address.

Articles and letters are most welcome and can be addressed to the Editor for consideration of publication and on the provision that space is available. Letters to the Editor are to be concise and contain
no more that 300 words.
Annual Guild Member’s Fees
Victorian Showmen’s Guild Members are required
to renew their Guild Membership fee on the 1 January each year, and must be paid no later than 31 January, annually.
In accordance with the Rules of the Guild, if any membership fees and/or late fees remain outstanding after this date your Guild Membership may be automatically cancelled.
Please contact Justine at the VSG offce immediately if you have a concern over payment.
The Outdoor Showman Subscribers
Subscription fees for The Outdoor Showman Magazine are due for payment by 31 January annually.
Subscription fees are $99.00 (inc GST) for Australian Subscribers and $A135.00 for Overseas subscribers.
Subscribers receive four issues per annum circulated in the months of March, June, September, and December.

Payment Options
Guild Member fees, subscriptions, and advertising fees to the Outdoor Showman can be paid by:c heque or money order, made out to the Victorian Showmen’s Guild and sent to PO Box 36 ASCOT VALE VIC 3032.
Alternatively, please contact the offce on 03 9376 8544 should you wish to make payment in person or by phone between Monday to Thursday 9am – 4pm.
