TACC Roadside Help is a customer loyalty program designed for TACC members who want to offer their valued customers a meaninMgfeuml rebweard.
Loyal customers can be presented with a certificate following a service, repair or sale of a vehicle that may save them time and money. Roadside Help assists in generating repeat business.
In the case of a breakdown, the vehicle will be towed to you, rather than your competitor, to maintain your customer relationship.
The certificate gives customers peace of mind. In the event of a breakdown, certificates can be redeemed for assistance with:
• changing a wheel (flat tyre)
• a jump start
• supply of a small amount of fuel (at customer’s cost) • atow.
