Show, the Victorian Showmen’s
Guild proudly recognised
Ashley Cole for his exceptional
dedication, leadership, and long-
standing commitment to the
iconic Showman’s Bar.
Ashley’s steady hand and
professional management have
made the Showman’s Bar a
favourite gathering place for
members. Under his guidance,
it has become more than just
a refreshment stop — it’s a
welcoming hub where stories
are shared, friendships are
strengthened, and the tradition
of camaraderie within our
industry continues to thrive.
His contribution goes far beyond
pouring a great drink. Ashley’s
reliability, attention to detail,
and genuine care for the Guild
community have ensured the
bar consistently runs smoothly,
safely, and with the warm
atmosphere members have come
to rely on.
The Guild was delighted
to formally
acknowledge
his service
during a special
presentation at
the 2025 Royal
Geelong Show.
Surrounded by

friends, Ashley
was celebrated

takes in his work
