For uncut orders, please fax, email or phone through to one of our Customer Care Consultants with your prescription order.
For Safety Lenses with or without fitting to own safety frames are ordered via our secure website www.hoyalens. com.au.
Stock and Grind Lenses with Fitting to Frame
• Call, fax or email the script specifying ‘Frame to Follow’
• Send the frame and a copy of the script to HOYA, noting ‘Job in Progress’.
Safety Eyewear & Kits
• Click on HOYA website and use your HOYA login and password to access the order forms via the Safety Eyewear section. Or contact the Safety department via hapl_rx_safety@hoya.com or call 02 9384 2087, alternatively you can contact our Customer Service team– see table for details
