 The formality of the design was largely dictated by thick and heavy ele- ments that intertwine with each other, generating a hidden balance that supports the entire structure.
The project feels broader inside, thanks to the large windows that allow the viewer to scape towards the golf course, generating the integration with the surroundings.
The basement ramp creates an elevation, allowing the house to be flown above the street level, giving hierarchy, and the ability to protru- de some of the elements of the first floor towards the street, providing a more interesting set of volumes.
