Placed on the top of a mountain, bordering the city of Guadalajara, this residence has privileged views from all directions.
The general layout of the house, takes advantage of the great views, by implementing large windows in the majority of the residence.
A robust metal structure allowed the removal of the majority of the loading walls, creating a free plant in most of the basement and the first floor.
The lower part of the residence was designed to be a vast and comfortable space, with all necessary amenities for social reunions, integrating a pool, two terraces, a large garden, bathrooms, a secondary kitchen, a guest bedroom as well as a bar.
Surrounded by an open kitchen, dining, and living areas, a grand piano was placed on top of a large glass floor, installed in the middle of the entrance hall, creating a very unique atmosphere on the first floor.
