If the Company alleges that, by reason of Provision 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, loss or damage is not covered by this Sec on, the burden of proving the contrary shall rest on the Insured.
Wild baboons and monkeys (contents)
We will pay for loss or damage to the contents of the building(s) and outbuilding(s) stated in the Schedule caused by wild baboons or monkeys. Wild baboons and monkeys will not be regarded as vermin for the purpose of this cover;
PROVIDED THAT:
1. the Company will not pay more than the amount stated in the Schedule;
2. the Insured shall be responsible to pay the rst 10% (ten percent) of the claim with a minimum of R500 ( ve hundred Rand) of each and every claim.
