inherent defect, wear and tear, gradual deterioration, rust or oxidization, insects, vermin or warping alteration, misuse, electrical or mechanical breakdown
any process of heating, drying, cleaning, washing, dyeing, alteration, repair, restoration, maintenance, dismantling, decoration
breakage or theft or attempted theft while the premises is lent or rented unless entry to or exit from the premises is made using violence or force
your own wilful act or that of any of your employees
loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from or in connection with any actual or purported exchange, cash or credit sale agreement
the first part of each claim which falls within the Excess as stated in the schedule.
