Daptomycin for Injection
Manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, daptom- ycin for injection is an antibacterial drug indicated in adults for the treatment of complicated skin and skin structure infections caused by susceptible isolates of the following Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus (including methicillin- resistant isolates), Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae subspecies equisimilis, and Enterococcus faecalis (vancomycin-susceptible isolates only).
Daptomycin for injection is also indicated
in adults for the treatment of Staphylococcus aureus bloodstream infections (bacteremia), including those with right-sided infective endo- carditis, caused by methicillin-susceptible and methicillin-resistant isolates.

LARTRUVOTM
Manufactured by Eli Lilly and Company, LARTRUVO (olaratumab injection), in combination with doxorubicin, is indicated for the treatment of adults with soft tissue sarcoma with a histologic subtype for which an anthracycline-containing regimen is appropriate and which is not amenable to curative treatment with radiotherapy or surgery.
LARTRUVO, in combination with doxorubicin, is the first FDA-approved front-line therapy for soft tissue sarcoma in four decades.

Nplate®
Manufactured by Amgen, Nplate (romiplostim injection) is a thrombopoietin receptor agonist indicated for the treatment of thrombocytopenia in patients with chronic immune thrombocyto- penia who have had an insufficient response to corticosteroids, immunoglobulins or splenectomy. Nplate is administered subcutaneously one time per week.

RubracaTM Tablets
Manufactured by Clovis Oncology, Rubraca (rucaparib) is indicated as monotherapy for the treatment of patients with advanced ovarian cancer who have been treated with two or more chemotherapies and whose tumors have deleteri- ous BRCA mutation (germline and/or somatic)
as identified by the FDA-approved companion diagnostic test.

Sodium Phenylacetate and Sodium Benzoate Injection Manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals, sodium phenylacetate and sodium benzoate injection is indicated as an adjunctive therapy in pediatric and adult patients for the treatment of acute hyperammonemia and associated encephalopathy in patients with deficiencies in enzymes of the urea cycle.

Manufactured by Heron Therapeutics, SUSTOL (granisetron) extended-release injection is a serotonin-3 (5-HT3) receptor antagonist indi- cated in combination with other antiemetics in adults for the prevention of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic chemotherapy or anthracycline and cyclophos- phamide combination chemotherapy regimens.
