  RECIPE: HANKY PANKY 1 1/2 oz Guardian Gin
1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz Burrone Fernet
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Strain and serve in a stemmed glass and garnish with an orange peel.

feels like a treat. It’s everything a cocktail should be. Owned by two Helena locals, Tyrrell Hibbard, and Steffen Rasile, each batch of grain-based spirits is distilled using only Montana-grown grains and bottled on-site in what was once the Montana Distillery and Bottling Warehouse.
Cocktails incorporate locally-grown produce whenever possible, as well as house-made syrups and shrubs. Needless to say, intentionality reigns supreme here. Treat yourself to a fine cocktail, in a fine town, made from the finest ingredients.
