  SELF CARE
SELF CARE IS IMPORTANT BOTH IN AND OUT OF A PANDEMIC. HERE ARE A FEW IDEAS TO PRACTICE SELF CARE:
• Take deep breaths, stretch or meditate
• Eat healthy, well-balanced meals
• Exercise regularly
• Get plenty of sleep
• Go for a walk
• Cook or bake
• Call a friend
• Volunteer
• Play or listen to music
• Research something fun
• Pray
