A pat on the back that I will never forget, followed by a
“just run.” Ed Darfler and I have spent four years together through both cross country and track, and he has helped me grow as a runner and a person. He pushes me to challenge myself and is always there to encourage me after I race. To quote the man himself, “I am like a mushroom, they put me in a dark room and don’t tell me anything.” Eddy, I will miss you and our banter.
