The HBIA Board of Directors extends a sincere and warm welcome to the Helena community during this year's Parade of Homes. We sincerely hope you enjoy the highlights of the event and we look forward to hearing about your favorite projects.
While all of the members of our Parade of Homes Committee contribute many hours to make this event a success, we wish to recognize Al Forgey, Silver City Stone Cabinetry and Tile, and Kyle Spencer, Allegra Marketing for their exceptional efforts this year.

This year's homes illustrate the latest in construction, architectural trends, and design. The HBIA is grateful for the participation of so many in our community who made this year's event possible including the builders, associate members, subcontractors, and the homeowners who are gracious enough to open their doors.
The Helena building industry continues to face issues due to continued high interest rates, supply chain disruption, and workforce challenges. The HBIA is unwavering in our commitment to working hard and keeping up with Helena’s growing consumer demand with safe, reliable, and attainable homes.
