Dutch Brothers Coffee is coming to Castle Rock. This popular chain co ee shop will go into the same address where Good Times Burgers was located on Meadows Parkway, just North of Chick- l-A . Dutch Bros Co ee is a privately held drive-through co ee chain headquartered in Grants Pass, Oregon. Here is a link to their popular menu: dutchbros. com/menu. Theyserveoriginalandinnovativehotandcoldco ee/tea drinks that are  avorful and priced reasonably. It will have both dining in and drive through. Anticipated opening will be June 2020.
The town of Sedalia has a new eatery (aka Biker Bar), The Wide Open Saloon. The owner planned to have a grand opening in March 2020, but these plans quickly changed due to the Covid virus. They are currently open for curbside and takeout orders. Wide Open Saloon is in the  nal stages and will be open just in time for riding season. Bikers and cagers who regularly drive to Castle Rock or Palmer Lake have been counting the days to have their local watering hole and restaurant back on
SantaFe(Hwy85). Thisestablishmentislocatedat5607US-85,Sedalia,CO80135.ThenameWideOpenSaloon is personal to the owner, Todd Hills, as in 2009 he hosted a Wednesday night bike night at Top-Gun Motorsports o  58th and I-25 and the name of the bar was Wide Open Saloon. This newly renovated building has all new seating, a new stage, extended enclosed patio, expanded parking for cars and motorcycles, with a new menu to boot! Promenade at Castle Rock
Likely you have noticed that there continues to be expansion activity at the Promenade, Castle Rock. However, other than essential businesses, most of the Promenade is temporarily closed due to the Corona pandemic. There are several undeveloped commercial pads, yet-to-be developed. The Promenade project, once completed, will have over 900,000 square feet of commercial space and 320 multi-family units on approximately 166 acres of land. “Build it and they will come”
