Newplant-based food truck alert! We were ecstatic to learn that this new food truck was going to be at the Food Truck Frenzy event held recently at
The Grange. Local Castle Rock resident Karen Amrhein, and her son Saer Amrhein-Davis, started their food truck business together with the mantra of, “Saving the planet, one delicious meal at a time”. As vegan foodies that care about our earth, we de nitely vibe with this mission! Speaking of delicious meals, we really enjoyed both the French dip sandwich and the Teriyaki Snackers (both made with seitan). The avors were fabulous and really satis ed our craving for rich, comforting food. On their current menu they o er three sandwiches (including a great half sandwich option!), several varieties of taco choices, and two avors of vegan chicken Snackers. For either a late night craving or quick plant-based bite while out and about, Grateful Planet Foods food truck is a must try! Whileoftenpoppinguparound
