Bowls! The café is owned by
a family who told us that they
raised their children in Castle
Rock and still feel attached to
our community. Their son, when
looking to start a business, chose Vitality Bowls because it also had vegan options. As long-time vegans, we are truly thankful! Not only did we order a few di erent Açaí bowls loaded with toppings, we also had to try a couple of their tempting toast options. Avocado toast is always a vegan favorite and the PB & Chia Jam Toast is a healthy twist on a classic combo! We especially loved the fact that the Breakfast Bowl along with the toast, was a truly satisfying meal to start the day. Even though vegan choices are more available nowadays, a hardy breakfast is still a bit di cult to nd when eating out. They also o er grain bowls, salad bowls, wraps and sandwiches for a savory lunch or dinner. Although they’re not an all-vegan place, many of their items are accidentally vegan or easily veganized (by leaving o things like honey & cheese). Tasty, healthy and
convenient, Vitality Bowls is a win all around. Check them out when you get a chance! It’s a kid/teen-approved meal that’s sure to delight everyone!
