Odette’s Cuisine

Age Requirement: 13+ Registration Deadline: Mon., September 17
Chef Odette Sprenger is a professional chef and Meadows resident. She has over 45 years of experience cooking Belgian and French cui- sine. Odette will demonstrate how to create a gourmet meal, give you the recipe, and you will enjoy eating the meal at the end! September Menu: Spinach lagasagne, a baked salmon llet with herb de provence crumb, and a sundried tomato beurre blanc sauce. Finish o the meal with a plum pastry topped by almond cream.
Cost: $35 Meadows Resident / $40 Non-Resident
