the April menu will feature stu ed Mediterranean roasted leg of lamb with a venaison sauce. The sides will be haricot blanc bretonne (navy beans sautéed with onion, garlic and tomato), au gratin potatoes and a mixed greens, diced watermelon and avocado with a citrus dressing salad. The dessert will feature a strawberry mousse. Location: The Grange. Cost: $34 Meadows Resident / $39 non-Resident

in this class, you will learn how to enhance your owers and piping tech- niques with additional color striping to your piping bags. you will also learn how to add dimension to your petals by using brushes and petal dust. This is a fun class to learn all the pretty touches you can add to your spring owers. All the supplies, frosting and cupcakes are included.

Stamped Jewelry
Sat., April 21 • 10am - 1pm Ages 15+ Register by Sat., April 14th
In this class, you will learn the A-B-C’s of jewelry metal stamping, including learning about metal gauges, practicing stamping on di erent metals (brass, copper and aluminum), proper ling
techniques, texturizing your jewelry blanks to create a hammered e ect, and more. by the end of the class, you will walk away with three beautiful new pieces to call your own. your class fee includes all metal needed for projects as well as tool use to make them. you are welcome to bring your own blanks to use in class but not necessary. Be sure to bring your favorite sayings and message with you to stamp the class away. Location: Taft house. Cost: $63 Meadows Resident / $68 non-Resident
