One Mission – One Team – One Tribute
To Honor and Remember Colorado’s Service Members Who Died as a Result of Serving During the Global War on Terror
September 9–11, 2022
A dedicated team of runners will blaze a Tribute Trail from FORT CARSON to FORT LOGAN NATIONAL CEMETERY in honor of Colorado’s Fallen Military Heroes and their Gold Star Families and Colorado Fallen First Responders

A Tribute Team of runners, core relay team and support crew, comprised of Active Duty, Reservists, Retired Veterans, First Responders, Gold Star Family Members and Patriotic Americans will embark on a 3-day journey from Fort Carson Colorado to Fort Logan National Cemetery. We will be stop- ping at each Hero Marker, approximate 1-mile intervals to Honor and Remember individually Colorado’s Fallen Heroes. Calling out each Hero by name and paying tribute to their waiting Family and Friends of the Fallen.
Colorado Run for the Fallen will kick o  on Friday morn- ing at 0700 at the Mountain Post Global War on Terrorism Fallen Soldier’s Memorial at Fort Carson, with a short start ceremony and begin the 3-day multi county journey to Fort Logan National Cemetery. Each day will begin at 0700 and will conclude with an End of Day Ceremony (times to be posted). Day 1 Route – Friday, 09 Sep: Fort Carson to Peterson AFB to United States Air Force Academy.
Day 2 Route – Saturday, 10 Sep: USAFA to Fire Station 152 in Castle Rock 485 Crystal Valley Pkwy.
Day 3 Route – Sunday, 11 Sep: Fire Station 152 to
Fort Logan National Cemetery 4400 Kenyon Avenue, Denver.
