Essentials like those are expensive. For people who are struggling  nancially, those items cannot be purchased with SNAP (formerly Food Stamps) funds.
We are projecting this important new program will cost an additional $52,000 in the coming year, over and above our normal budget for services.
We hoped to raise at least $15,000 in December in order to begin distributing Essentials Kits in January. Click the link above to help us provide an Essentials Kit to every individual or family in 2020.
