SKOTTLE ROCKER:
The flavor profile you’ll get from our Skottle Rocker blend is warm and earthy, with a tinge of heat, and whole mouthful of savory!
What It’s Good On:
Skottle Rocker is our go-to for just about everything! It’s good on: beef, pork, chicken, seafood, veggies, soups, sauces, eggs, potatoes, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, rice, mac n cheese, pizza, bagels with cream cheese, salads, pastas, avocado toast, bacon, popcorn, mix it with olive oil and use it as a bread dip! It even rocks on frozen microwave food and makes it far more enjoyable!
MOJAVE DUST:
The flavor profile you’ll get from our Mojave Dust blend is a base of course and medium grind black pepper, hints of garlic and citrus, with
the slow, fiery kick of habanero.
What It’s Good On:
Mojave Dust is great on beef, chicken, pork, seafoods, eggs, (it’s awesome on/in deviled eggs) om- elets, veggies, pizza, pastas, soups/ stews, or use it as a rub for chicken and pulled pork! It also adds a nice zip to burgers, wings and shrimp! FYI, Mojave Dust grilled shrimp in a ceasar salad is surprisingly amaze- balls! And it’s salt-free!
LAST DOLLAR:
What makes Last Dollar special and fancy is the oak cold- smoked flake salt which gives a savory and smoky flavor coupled with a bit of a
peppery bite and a hint of garlic.
What It’s Good On:
This is great on any meat, espe- cially beef. It’s also great on eggs, veggies, salads, pastas, soups, gravies, cheese-based dishes as well as a topper for avocado toast, bagels with cream cheese, on top of sour cream in things like tacos or black bean soup, even cottage cheese served with crackers. Use it anywhere you’d use salt and pepper but want that extra kick.
GHOST TOWN GARLIC:
This flavor profile is a nice balance of pepper and garlic with the crunchy, nutty undertones of toasted sesame seeds.
What It’s Good On:
Ghost Town Garlic is great on breads, salads, veggies, soups, meat gravies, mashed pota- toes, steaks, seafoods (especially shrimp), chicken, eggs, burgers, pizza, pastas, or use with a little olive oil to create a wet rub for chicken or fish or even as a bread dip! This blend is also salt-free!
