Summer is here! Ice cream is a classic

scoop (with optional
mix-ins of course) or a blended shake, delicious Silk brand chocolate ice cream made from almond milk is the secret.
A welcome alternative to the typical sorbet choice, the shake and ice cream have a rich chocolate avor and surprisingly creamy texture! We tried the scooped version with mix-ins of peanut butter and Oreos (which are “accidentally” vegan by the way) for an extra decadent splurge. If you’re looking to be more calorie conscious, we were happy to learn that as a bonus the almond milk version is lower in calories than the dairy- based chocolate option.
