We are so excited to introduce you to our newest pet sitter!
Her name is Jill Long and she’s
Jworking full-time in Castle Rock.
ill is a rare Colorado native, growing up locally in Elizabeth and Parker on a farm with lots of farm dogs and barn cats. She has extensive knowledge of caring for horses, cows, chickens, rabbits, goats and more. She has over 15 years of experience in a variety of animal settings. She worked at a vet clinic, was a supervisor for a local boarding kennel for 6.5 years, as well as a dog groomer for 10 plus years.
Jill’s true life-long passion has been show dogs. Her mother bred and showed Australian Shepards. She started showing this breed through 4-H at the age of 8. At 16, she purchased her rst Cocker Spaniel, Tartan, and has been loyal to this breed ever since. She currently has 2 Cocker Spaniel dogs of her own. She’s competed locally, 3 times at the AKC nationals in FL, and most recently at the 2018 Westminster Dog Show in NYC. In 2016 she won the Breed at AKC nationals and was on national TV representing the Parti Cocker Spaniel.
