The Douglas County Veterans Monument Foundation is proud to host the 5th Annual VetFest on Saturday, July 2 from 10am to 4pm at Festival Park in downtown Castle Rock. Presenting the colors will be the Civil Air Patrol Color Guard, followed by the national anthem, and then the 5K run start immediately following. There will be four musical acts performing, including SugarFoot, David Chapa, Twenty Hands High, and the Joe C. Wails Gang.
In addition to amazing live music, there will be artist booths, food trucks, beer vendors, a bounce house, and much more. Bring a lawn chair and join us for a great start to the 4th of July weekend. Funds raised will go toward the Douglas Coun- ty Veterans Monument Foundation’s grant program, which awards funds for local veterans in need right here in Douglas County. Thank you to our title sponsor David Lowry Allstate Insurance. For more information about the Douglas County Veterans Monument Foundation, please visit DCVMF.org
