Join History Colorado’s Curator of Archives Shaun Boyd for a discussion to learn about the history of the Ku Klux Klan in Denver, some overlap with Castle Rock and History Colorado’s efforts to map and publish their KKK membership ledgers online. Come with questions and stories about your family’ s memories of the Klan for a lively discussion on Thurs. June 16, 2022. Refreshments will be served at 6:45pm with the presentation beginning at 7:00pm at the Philip S. Miller Library, 100 S. Wilcox St. Castle Rock. Free Downtown Walking Tours – June 25
The Castle Rock Museum is giving free walking tours of downtown Castle Rock each month from June to Sep- tember. Join us for the June tour on June 25 at 10:30am. The 45-minute tour will begin at The Courtyard on Perry Street, 333 Perry St. and will conclude at the Castle Rock Museum, 420 Elbert Street. The tour will highlight the history of Castle Rock and its many historic buildings. The remaining tours will be on July 23rd, Aug. 27th and Sept. 24th. Reservations will be required. Festival Park Farmers Market – Open Sundays
