This month we’ll cover Young living’s frankincense Essential oil and lemon Vitality Essential oil.
frankincense has a wonderful woodsy and honey like fragrance. This 5 ml bottle of oil comes in our Premium starter kit and a 5 ml bottle contains approx. 90 drops. what can you use Frankincense for? There is no limit, it’s more like “what CAN’T you use it for!”
Frankincense has been around for thousands
of years so you can assume it’s a special oil. i love to use it in my DiY skin care products because it works miracles and it only takes a few drops.
of course you know the story, this was one of the 3 gifts brought to baby Jesus from the 3 wise men because it is that awesome. Just google and you will see endless information about this amazing oil. one tip, if you’ve had a stressful day, you can di use it for a grounding and uplifting aroma. If you ever wonder which oil to use, Frankincense is a great pick!
lemon Vitality, another absolute favorite
in our house. what’s does vitality mean? The
vitality line is a supplement intended for dietary
and culinary use, which means you get to ingest
it! Now you have the freedom to explore some

nutritious and delicious ways. Use lemon vitality
to add avor to foods such as chicken or sh or my favorite with cookies or cakes (add a drop to your frosting!)
