Dear Shenandoah Golfing Member,
It is with great pride that I am able to represent “The First Chaldean Country Club” in the world as The Director of Golf at Shenandoah Country Club . I know it has been many years in the making but privatization has now come into fruition and I cannot be more excited to be a part of it .
I have spent my entire adult life in the golf industry which includes being The Assistant Golf Professional at Plum Hollow Country Club, The Golf Club at Desert Mountain, and at Lenawee Country Club, Director of Instruction at Pheasant Run Golf Club, and also The Head Professional, at Owosso Country Club and here at Shenandoah Country Club . I will incorporate all the knowledge I have attained from my twenty six years of being a PGA Pro- fessional, and try to implement the best aspects of each to making your club and golfing experience second to none . Even before all of that, I grew up at a private club, where my passion for the game and, eventually a career decision was born . My Head Professional and I are close and still are in contact to this day . My #1 job here at Shenandoah is to grow the game through our youth and beginning players, and try to give them the passion I have felt for the game as I did in my youth . For our Members who already have the pas- sion, I will promote and professionally run a robust tournament program and offer instruc- tion to all levels of players . To help me achieve these goals, I will have excellent assistants and professionally trained bag staff, which will think of member service first and foremost .
There will definitely be bumps in the road during our first year of privatization, but we will work every day to make sure they are only bumps not potholes . We will work on giving you a great experience every time you are here at the club . I am thrilled to be a part of this new endeavor and look forward to serving the membership of Shenandoah for many years to come . I look forward meeting all our new members on the golf course, or practice range, soon .
