Fitness/Yoga with Belinda
Practice postures to strengthen and promote flexibility in all parts of the body with an emphasis on balance, core strengthening and moves to improve range of motion. This 45-minute class will help improve your quality of life and is for all levels of fitness. Bring water and yoga mat.
