AFTER THE CALL
This program is about becoming. Continue to give thought to the two key future questions:
• What do you want?
• Who do you need to become to have it?
You will probably want to keep coming back to these two questions as you continue to formulate your ideas and gain clarity on what your ideal life looks like.
Continue to write out in each area of your life, what does success look like for the successful person you want to be?
Most people can’t do this in one go. The more time you spend on it, the better will be the end result.
You will find that as you think about it for a period of time, and then forget about it for a period of time, during the periods when you are just letting it sit in your subconscious, you get all sorts of ideas that you will want to include in your image of success, happiness, wealth and wellness.
Try and develop as many Success Scenes as you can for each of the key areas of your life. Play them on your Mental Movie Experience screen and experience them in Rehearsal Experience. Stick to present tense, happening now and use perfect performance where you are enjoying the success you want in your life. You are that person in your Mental Training.
Remember you are creating memories!
As you develop more and more Success Scenes for each area, pick one for each that is representative of your success in that area. Write this Success Scene out in multi-sensory detail in the following sections.
