When you have gone through your entire body, simply enjoy the wonderful feeling of relaxation.
Sometimes you may want to spend some time on your Success Scenes.
Sometimes you may just want to enjoy allowing your body the time to rest and renew.
Sometimes you may just want to enjoy a refreshing nap.
Or I could be your entrance into a good night’s sleep.
If you need to wake up after a certain time, set an alarm. You will proably wake up on cue, but just in case, set an alarm as far out as possible so you don’t create a feeling of rushing.
If you are not going to sleep for the night when you’ve finished, simply wake up and get up slowly in your own time.
You may find it a good habit to get into, to think of a few things that you are grateful for before you continue with your life!
