Visualization Exercise 2 & 4 : Mental Movie Experience and Rehearsal Experience
Continue to experiment and practice with the visualization exercises you have been doing for the last two weeks. If you have a favorite, then it is ok to do more of that one.
As you get clear on the person you will become, include that in your visualization exercises. See yourself, feel yourself, experience yourself as that person with the details you are getting clearer on from this week’s process exercises.
You will probably continue to shape some of these details for some time – all the while getting clearer and clearer about who you need to become to live the way you want to live.
As you get clearer, keep visualizing with those details and experiences.
As before, remember, you are creating memories, the details of the information through all relevant senses are important. See the smiles, hear the laughter, feel the sense of accomplishment, smell the food etc.
The more you practice and experiment with these techniques, the better you will get at it and the more comfortable and natural it will feel.
