 After experimenting for a few sessions, your goal is to breath in deeply and hum all the way out for as long as you are enjoying it.
When you have grown tired of humming, simply return to normal breathing and relax, nap or get up.
IF YOU FEEL ANY DISCOMFORT OR DIFFICULTY BREATHING AT ANY TIME, OPEN YOUR EYES AND RETURN TO NORMAL BREATHING AS SOON AS YOU CAN.
